More Information on our Chemistry Grinds

Exam technique will be a focus of the classes to fully prepare you for the Leaving Cert Chemistry exam. As each topic is covered, past exam questions will be dissected in class to demonstrate how to answer them to a H1 standard.

Much time will be devoted to the parts of the course most commonly seen on the exam and the parts that students find challenging such as Organic Chemistry, Volumetric Analysis and Stoichiometry.

In the weekly grinds, you will be given exam-focused notes covering all the core topics on the Leaving Cert Chemistry syllabus. The all-important mandatory experiments found in section A of the exam will be covered in detail in the weekly classes and appear throughout the notes.
