Yoga and Meditation Club!

We are delighted to announce that our 6-week Yoga & Meditation Club is starting this Wednesday 4th March at 3.30pm for our 5th and 6th Year students!

During the 6 weeks of this course the students will feel and learn the benefits of practicing yoga, meditation and journaling. As the exams approach this is a great opportunity for students to take some time each week to reflect and recharge!

The Yoga & Meditation Club will be led by experienced yoga teacher, Amanda Walsh, who is the Head Yoga instructor for FlyeFit gyms. 


Yoga mats will be provided and we would advise students to bring a change of clothes or else wear something comfortable on the day if they plan on taking part!
