Maths

Kieran Gallagher is a seasoned educator with over two decades of experience teaching Higher Level Mathematics and Biology. Kieran holds a BSc in Mathematics and Biology, a Higher Diploma in Education (Science, Biology, and Mathematics), and a Diploma in Psychology. Kieran has edited and reviewed several revision textbooks for Edco and is an active member of the Irish Maths Teachers’ Association (IMTA). His diverse skill set spans Teaching, Marketing Strategy, Strategic Planning, Curriculum Development, and Curriculum Design, among other areas. As a mentor, Kieran guided a student to victory in both the BT Young Scientist and World Young Scientist Competitions. At The Dublin Academy of Education, he will continue to inspire students to understand and enjoy mathematics, giving them the confidence to meet the challenges of the state exams.
