Maths

Catherine is an experienced Maths teacher with fifteen years of experience. She holds an undergraduate degree and a Master's in Mathematics Education from Trinity College Dublin (TCD), as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from University College Dublin (UCD). Catherine has been an active member of the Irish Maths Teachers' Association (IMTA) committee for a decade, contributing to the advancement of Maths education.

Catherine has also worked as a university placement tutor to trainee Maths teachers at TCD and lectured on pedagogy at both UCD and TCD. Her teaching style fosters a love of mathematics while ensuring a clear understanding of exam content and techniques. Her experience as an SEC examiner enables her to guide students in mastering the skills necessary to excel in the State Examinations.

Known for her approachable nature and strong communication skills, Catherine creates a supportive classroom environment where students gain confidence and problem-solving abilities, helping them reach their full potential.
