This English Prep Course is designed for students who are entering 6th Year in the 2023/24 academic year. JP will cover the key topics you need to know so you can hit the ground running in September for Leaving Cert English.

Our August Preparation Courses run over four days, Tuesday 15th August - Friday 18th August. These August Prep Courses can be attended On-Site in Stillorgan or Online via Live-Stream.

Meet your English Teacher

JP Sweetman

JP Sweetman has 15 years experience teaching English at the highest level. He also works as an Examiner for the State Exams Commission (SEC) specialising in Leaving Certificate English. His continued work with the SEC means he can provide the most relevant notes and guidance to students on current exam trends, exam management, tips and preparation. JP has written and published work with The Educational Company of Ireland. His passion for English is evident through classes that are enjoyable and rewarding.

Students can attend our Easter Revision Courses:

On-Site Courses: Students attend our Easter Revision Courses in person at our school in Stillorgan. These courses consist of 5x 75-minute classes over the course of one week which include comprehensive H1 study notes. Students will also receive recordings of their class that they can pause, rewind and rewatch up until the State Exams are over. 

Live-Stream Courses: Students can attend our Easter Revision Courses online via live-stream. Our HD live-streaming technology allows students to attend our courses from the comfort of their own home. All study notes are posted to students free of charge. Students will also receive recordings of their class that they can pause, rewind and rewatch up until the State Exams are over.
