Discover Weekly Economic Grinds

Over the course of the academic year, we will cover all aspects of the Leaving Cert Economics course in these weekly grinds. We focus on the questions more commonly seen in the Leaving Cert. There is also a focus on the more challenging questions that can prove to be difficult for students. You will be given a microeconomics book and a macroeconomics book. These books will break down the Leaving Cert Economics marking scheme. Our books also include up to date information on current economic trends. There is no extra charge for these books.

As time management can be a big challenge in Economics, we will demonstrate how to cover questions to an H1 standard by using keywords outlined in the Leaving Cert Economics marking scheme. This enables you to write exactly what examiners are looking for within the allocated time.

You will also be given a booklet covering the short questions from the previous ten years. As a lot of these questions reappear these are covered in great detail in class.
